More important than buying all these gadgets is getting the right Medical training as mentioned. Knowledge is power. Without it you can be fooled by the plethora of medical gadgets out there. Also is this device classified as a medical product? Is it registered by SAPRA? Is there any other international body that has tested and registered the device and deemed it safe to be used by lay people or medical professionals? If it's not been registered and tested then it's benefits are based on anecdotes and not independent medical research.
