I find the arm placement and elbow rotation intriguing. I’ve been doing these push-ups in the pool lately. I will have to check to see what my arm placement and elbow rotation is. I don’t think I’m quite there. Also, I know that when I bend my arms, rather than my elbow bend pointing towards my hip, it’s more like pointing out & away from me. Very interesting. I’ll give it a try!

I've been doing this in the bathroom actually but it seems that im doing it wrong thanks this change a lot, i hope i can do more push-up in the floor, it very hard to do it after broke my bonesin arm it just weaken my arm actually 😅😢
