Love my Organics. Paired with the Serenade it constantly wows me. Often I am at my desk listening while doing stuff and it stops me in my tracks. Totally distracting!
I was actually going to buy the Organic, but I bought the HE1000SE instead because I love detail and a big sound stage. I'm still waiting for it to arrive.
Thanks, William, for another excellent review. I own both the Arya Organic and the HE1000 V2 - and I love them both. But the Organic is ALL that William describes, and it is NOT bright. It is ORGANIC ... meaning, it sounds VERY NATURAL. As a drummer, I really appreciate and look for gear that will present instruments naturally and realistically. The Organic is the real deal: it is extremely Comfortable, it is Gorgeous to look at, it is easy to drive, and it puts you right in the presence of the artist. If I had to choose only one headphone to listen to the rest of my life, it might just be the Organic. Thanks again, William.
Acoustic music and voices definately a good test. I would also include busy mixes as it seems to me this is where some headphones get confused or become dull because the mix gets pulled apart. A great review, by the way. You covered everything.
@@theheadphoneexperience-wil2250 I've received them today, and that is indeed the first thing I noticed. Feels like you can hear some instruments wrap around your head. For example in Praise Jah in the Moonlight - YG Marley, there is an instrument, (pull back and let it go to get the sound of a door stopper) not sure what it's called. Comparing the Organic to the Stealth with this specific instrument gives it way more depth and flexibility. Feels like it touches the back of your head, but at the same time so far away.
William hello and thank you for your videos! what headphone amp is the best for the arya in your experience in this review? I'm close to buying the hifiman prelude. I really enjoy your review process
The Prelude is an outstanding amp, and probably the best I have heard with the Susvara so far. I personally think the Prelude is sort of overkill for the Organic. It doesn't require near that much power and the Serenade for $999.00 with a great dac built in has more than enough power.
Have it and running Schiits Bifrost 2 DAC and Mjolnir 3 amp, love it. Agree with everything said in the video. One thing, upgrade the cable and get a clamshell case. The cable is cheap and for 1K$ they still box it in cardboard. I upgraded from the Mr Sound AEONs.
had the focal clears then about 6 months ago changed to the arya organics , love them , so comfy as there is nothing on your ears , i use mine with RME ADI -2 dac with my pc ............................... just needed to use a custom cable with them ...........
I still have a lot to learn about this whole headphone world. But I plan on getting the Arya Organic with the Fiio K7 (any better AMP/DAC recommendations in the $100-$300 range is much appreciated), but I'm kind of stuck on what balanced cable to pair them with. Is there a specific type and do I need some kind of cable adapter in order to connect to the Fiio K7?
@@theheadphoneexperience-wil2250 Yeah I want to have one on the way as well but the Fiio K7 is a balanced AMP/DAC. I did some research and found a balanced cable with a 4.4mm AMP connector and a split 3.5mm headphone jack. Only thing I'm wondering is if it's ok to plug a balanced cable into a balanced AMP/DAC. Does a balanced cable even make a difference or would I just be wasting my money, or worse, harming my devices?
Hmm, I was initially debating between the Organic and HE1000SE, but will probably go with the SE for that extra technicality and soundstage. Worst case, I can EQ some bass if I felt it lacking. I think it'll go nice with my HE6SE V2. By the way, have you compared the HE6SE v2 and the SE before? I was curious on how they differ. I appreciate your reviews btw 😊

I have the Ananda Nano and love them but I have a itch to upgrade. I'm either looking at the Arya Organic and selling off the Nano. Or keep the Nano and just go for the JM Audio XTC 2. I listen to classic rock, edm, metal etc. So a good thumping low end is highly important. I like a dynamic and engaging sound. But staging is extremely important to me as well. I love detail and clarity and I know you love the JM Audio XTC 2 beryllium. But how does the XTC 2 compare to the Arya Organic and if you had to choose one. Which would it be?
The JM is going to have more bass than the Organic. The Organic has slightly more detail. The Organic will sound a lot like your Nano, but with better detail and clarity.
@@theheadphoneexperience-wil2250 It's a tricky choice. Part of me wants the XTC 2 but also, the Arya Organic is just tickling my ear. Think with eq, it's possible to get a similar amount of bass & slam on the Arya Organic? I always use eq
I actually prefer my Nano over my HKstealth. HKstealth is smoother and more refined yes, but it lacked that visceral punch and dynamics that Nano offer to the music

The Topping E50/L50 stack worked really well with the Organic. If you want to spend a little more, I really like the iFi NEO iDSD2. Or maybe the Hifiman Serenade. The EF600 is also a nice option.
@theheadphoneexperience-wil2250 Have you tried the Mojo 2? What do you think about combining that with the Organic? I'm wondering if it's better than the L50/E50 stack as I have it.
PC EQ that I use with my HE 1000SE will allow adding more bass than is safe for listening without blowing out your ears. The HE 1000SE can take it and still provide detail that will turn other headphones (like my Sennheiser HD 660s2, over there) to mush. The HD 660s2 are amazing by the way for different reasons. Another story. No, I don't leave the base boosted to obscene levels. The point would be the HE 1000SE can take it, so you're free to set the bass to where you like. I don't really know since I don't have the Arya Organic. Betcha I'd really like them. Why? Remember those Sennheiser phones I mentioned? They're my goto for general listening because I don't like the most detail all the time. Sennheiser will cover up some flaws. So, good for general listening. When I'm more serious, its time for the HE 1000 SE. Since the Arya Organic I believe you said is just a little less detailed???. . . I suspect I'd like that for more general listening. BUT. . . I don't know that I'll ever go get both. I'm pretty darn happy with what I'm using right now. WHAT I DO think is cool is it sounds like I have some Arya Organic headphones I can recommend to people who like the sound of my HE 1000SE without looking like an XXX hole, knowing that I'm the only person who'd pay that kind of money ($2,000) for them that I know. Its nice to have something half the price to recommend that is still excellent. Thank you.

Is the Wood of the Arya Organics really that red? In a lot of photographs it look more like a redish brown wood, but here in the video it is almost neon-red. I don't like that strong red at all, although I'm thinking of buying these over HE1000SE. Had the SE for testing and they were very nice but I guess I can't really hear a big difference between these two to justify the pricetag of SEs
I currently run these off a portable ifi hip dac 2. Is this good? To me it seems good, but not sure how far i can push it. I do like a fun sound rather than super analytical. Should i upgrade to a neo idsd 2 or serenade?
