I've stayed at Delano tower at Mandalay Bay. Two rooms, living room with wet bar and empty fridge. One and a half baths. Large bath is huge, seperate toilet room, separate soaking tub and glass shower. Three tvs, including one in bath. 700 sq. ft. Was comped 3 nights (had to pay $60/night resort fees and taxes) I stayed one night extra at full rate of $200 night midweek.

Thank you for this very useful review. Be advised that OYO has had horrible reviews. I think Luxor has the best rooms for the lowest price. Excalibur is even cheaper but the rooms are tired and worn out and it’s had mixed reviews. The downside to Luxor is it’s on the far south end of the strip and it’s also far away from the monorail. However there are walkways to both neighboring Mandalay Bay and Excalibur.
