One thing I like to do lately, is when I'm having anxiety or need to get out of the house is to go for a drive. It helps me so much and gives my mind a break because I'm focused on my driving. I always feel so much better!

Hi Aimee. I’ve just watched your video. I get days we’re it’s more physical pain and other days where it’s more mental health related which im really struggling with lately, the fatigue doesnt help! I’m 45 and When fatigued really struggle to move but I really want to exercise, I have grown up kids who still live at home, I get time to myself as I can’t work but mental health is also a struggle, so have some relaxed time is difficult, have you got any advice please?? I hope this makes sense( fibro fog). I’ve watched loads of your videos and they have really helped me with minimum baseline, Thankyou. Your amazing x

My mental health is in the best shape that it has been in since the celiac was triggered at the beginning of 2019. I found out earlier this year that I definitely had celiac and have been GF and casin free for 9 months, corn free for 3 months. But my physical health is still struggling because there is a second autoimmune I am trying to get diagnosed and treated for.
