    I just received my daughter's. This really helped me.. I couldn't figure out why it wasn't working and it was because I didn't pull out the SD card. Honestly didn't know it was there. So happy I watched this. Thank you

    I wish I had my replacement machine. Been waiting since last June '21 and not heard anything. This is a crock !!!!

      You don't want the replacement one trust me , I received mine and it was a piece of junk ,very lite and made poorly and the display was on top not readable , What I did was open up my Dream Station and remove the so callled cancer causing foam and cleaned all the particles , It was simple .

    Why do I have to take original modem out? Why not use one given in replacement machine?

    I just want to know when the Frick is my machine going to be replaced. I registered at the beginning of 2021. Let alone sending one back. Grrrr

    They are not new machines…or at least mine wasn’t…mine was a refurbished machine…now they want me to send my old one back so it can be refurbished and used again….what a cheap and inappropriate way for Phillips to fix the problem ….and i also registered 2machines and have never heard anything about when or if i will get a new or replacement for that one….so money lost for me, but saved for phillips

    No help for me. All together different from the one I have. You know, "it is a shame that it took close to 2 years for my replacement to come in. I can pick mine up in 2 weeks, "Philips should be ashamed of themselves!" I had to buy mine out of pocket. I'll think long and hard before I'll buy medical equipment through Philips EVER AGAIN!

      To keep the crap from those Cpaps out of her lungs. I'm hearing the replacement one is dangerous too. It was on the news.
