I kept reading I should start with a more traditional deck but I honestly wasn’t connecting to the art, and as an artist myself that’s huge for me.

Thoth had me captivated from the start but I'm still learning (growing in my understanding) because there are so many intricate components that can be used to get precise info & details in the Thoth deck and all of the cards are used. That was overwhelming for me as a newbie. So I fell in love w the Druidcraft n Celtic Lenormand etc Wicca types etc. I think what you are doing, the way your intuition is working with this deck is right on! The spread you just did is called the Ba Gua Spread. It is a alternative spread of the Ba Gua spread. It's covered in detail in Holistic Tarot by Benebell Wen. Love this spread myself, and also the Fountain Tarot. Ordering a few new decks this week coming up at least 2. Namaste, and love your channel.

I have a version to be purchased www.thetruthinstory.com/product-page/for-love-of-divination-reference-book, but you can also click on that and there is a walkthrough that kind of shows you what is in it, that is my personal book :) It doesn't have life path numbers in it though, I have those written in the notes.
Love this ! My only question is so with the positions for the elements , are those the positions of the elements like in real life on a chart ? Or do you pick what spots you wanted water / fire / etc sorry I’m new ! I wanna do this spread so those elements always go in those positions that you hAve !? :)
Hi Kelly revisiting some of your oldest videos i stumbled on to your very interesting spread. After watching the video I'm sort of a litlle confused about the positions of some of the cards. I get the elemental positions and the past,présent, future but could you please be a little more clear about what the top and bottom positions are about as sometimes you do not quite finish your sentences. I have been reading Lenormand for few years but I'm new to the Tarot and it's spreads. I quite like the Celtic Cross but I thinks it's nice to have an alternative at hand. I looked around but couldn't find any spread similar to yours... Thanks for explaining!
Purple Rising Hello! The top and bottom changes for me depending on the questions. Most often it is just a look at what’s above and below the situation. What’s at the foundation of things and what might be a higher message surrounding the situation. Sometimes it’s a do this don’t do this, it just depends on what information I’m trying to get out of the reading :)
+Bren Mevo Yes, I pull the next card for the "next action" and then sometimes the last card for the big message or "shadow" card if I'm not going to pull a separate oracle!
Hi Kelly! I felt compelled to do this spread after watching with LOTD (your videos compel me to do try spreads, consider new decks etc). I'd love to share it with you but I feel like it would be too long for a public commwnt with so many cards (and it's a big spread even for me!) Ugh Captain Nolan, this is a question that changes all of the time... I probably should do another “pieces of my soul” decks as I’m sure they have changed some from the last time. This is definitely in my list of favorite decks but it wouldn’t be the one I would take if I could have only one!
I just finally got my copy. I like it, but it is probably too “modern” to be that deck for me either. I love the book that comes with it, and the packaging and card quality is first rate.

You can choose to forgive me or not, but I am truly sorry. I don't want to water my apology down by mentioning my thyroid hormones which I didn't have a clue about and which apparently, if not obviously hurt people. A lot.
