since may 2020 all volvos are limited at 180 kmh (on speedo 185)

Hi! The fuel consumption of the car in this video is very high -- much higher than in your test of S60 B4 petrol (e.g. at 160km/h this V60 B4 had 10.8l/100 but the S60 B4 had 8.0l/100km). Why do you think there was such a difference in fuel consumption? It is the same engine (B4 petrol) and almost the same car (S60/V60).
At wagon was in winter and colder temperatur makes bit more higher fuel consumption and has wintertires too. At sedan was filmed in summer and maybe with summer tires, i am not sure i didnt checked in video right now. And wagon cause more fuel than sedan. Sedan has better Aerodynamic than wagon.

How is the throttle response with the mild hybrid technology? Previous 8 speed gearbox was slow to respond.
Finde es ehrlich schade, dass die neuen Modelle von Volvo bei 180 abgeriegelt sind, sonst ehrlich sehr schönes Auto...
Wenn dich das zu sehr stören würde, kannst du den Limiter bei Heico Sportiv aufheben lassen und dir noch eine Leistungssteigerung gönnen 😁
Viel schneller fuhren die auch vorher nicht, der letzte Volvo den ich als Mietwagen hatte, ein xc90, kam trotz 235 PS kaum über Tacho 210. Dafür sah er aber sehr geil aus und war auch topausgestattet.
Ja eigentlich feiern nur wir deutsche das nicht hahah der Rest der Welt interessiert das nicht

Schonmal im Ausland gewesen? Da ist überall Tempolimit. Da juckt die Abregelung bei 180 übrigens quasi niemanden. Nur in Deutschland.
Es geht Volvo nicht um Material sparen, sondern darum dass so hohe Geschwindigkeiten nicht mehr ausreichend sicher beherrschbar sind. Hat auch jedes Volk kapiert, außer das Deutsche Volk ;) und Nordkorea und Indien.

B4 is petrol...in my opinion b4 is more refined and smoother power delivery

Its just the D4/T4 combined with a 48v hybrid system.

From march 2020 until February 2022 was 8 Speed automatic, since February 2022 is 7 speed with dual clutch
