    I love this video! Such a nice fuel economy! I want to have this car with this engine soon! Can you make a video review of the car? I would be so excited to watch it!

    I have tried my new V60 B4 2022 bensin which gives some times 12 l/100km for 10 km trip. Even when I start the engine 10 minutes earlier, for shorter trips (city usage around 10 km) the average consumption is around 12 l/100 km. some one else who has experiences the same consumption? for highways the average is 6 l/100km which was exected as I see this video as well.
    Important note: I get this data from the driving journal in the Volvo car apps

      That feels a bit much doesnt it?

      I have experienced the same high consumption (12 l/100km) with my V60 B4 mild hybrid in short city traffic. I am also wondering if this is normal?! Maybe there could be something wrong with the electric motor which should support the normal engine especially during stop&go driving.

      @@HouseforestI think for such heavy car with 2.0 liter 200hp engine is 10l/100km in the city driving normal.

    Thank you! So informative! I'm waiting for my S60 to come next week! Also, did I see that the engine has shut off while driving in non dynamic mode? It would be great if I can coast downhill with the engine off.

    Hi, thank you for this video.
    I've got a decent offer to take a v60 Cross Country B5
    Should I expect a much bigger fuel consumption then yours?
    It is awd, has more power but if I could average 1l more then you I'll be happy...
    Coming from a diesel BTW and it would be my firts volvo

      I haven't tested the CC B5 - not common in Denmark. But i know the car, and i would guess that on highway, what would make the difference is probably the mechanical AWD, weight and the car being slightly higher and bigger wheels.
      BUT for sure a FANTASTIC car to drive! But no longer possible to order in Denmark.

    I’m wondering how much it would consume when I drive it around 135-145 km/h in highway. I am considering to buy this car with b4 mild hybrid engine, and I will use it in international roads very often. I guess there is nothing to worry about 70-110 km/h, consumption will be around 6 lt but what about higher speeds?
    Thanks.

      I think it will "drink" a bit more - it is already in 7th gear at 90 km/h and about 2.500rpm at 130 km/h. I haven't done a test on that - in Denmark the maximum speed limit is 130 km/h.
      But the car is very much drivable at that speed - very steady and stabile on the road.

    • @samet1626
      @samet1626 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ludvigrem7760 so i should expect 7.5 lt in the city, 6.5-7 lt with conservative driving around 60-100 kmh, and around 8-9 lt above 130 kmh.

    Did you try T4, what are the differences in consumption and does it feel much slower then B4?

    • @ludvigrem7760
      @ludvigrem7760  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I work at Volvo in Denmark, so have tried some different ones. In some situations i feel that B4 is more smooth than T4, with stop and go i traffic. But absolutely nothing mayor. I don't think speed or acceleration feels any different. The biggest difference from T4 to the new B4, is the new DCT gearbox coming in modelyear 2022. The DCT is faster, but have only 7 gears. I miss a 8th gear above 120 km/h.

      @@ludvigrem7760in the long run, is the DCT problematic? As it is a dry one correct?

  • @dozer7412

    Isn't the B4 a diesel hybrid and the T4 a petrol hybrid?

    How is the fuel consumption in the city ?

    • @ludvigrem7760

      in heavy traffic in Copenhagen every morning (lighter traffic in the afternoon) I get a mixed economy of 7.4l/100km
      Haven't done a proper test
