So making it clear that they are not the same was crucial for me in this remake triliogy.
Like a warframe.
I feel it’s definitely implied to some extent.
2:53 "It feels good to do good!"
The people who booked those suites in advance: "What the f*** do you mean I don't have a reservation?!"
Knowing whos who....i bet its one of the turks who lost their rooms. Heck of a satisfying bit
Love how much a contrast Cait Sith and Reeve are. Something so funny about a grown man role playing as a cat mascot while in a desk job.
Actually, is this what is like being a a FF14 player? Minus the crippling guilt of a Sector plate collapsing?
He doesn't roleplay Cait Sith, Cait Sith has his own autonomy. This is even shown in the original game, where Reeve is arrested and Cait Sith still functions. Reeve gives him life, delivers commands and objectives to him and sees through his eyes.
4:14 Hmmmmm.....It's a riddle. When it comes to riddles, there are double meanings.
the lil cat poses in between sentences 🥰
A last minute twist. Oh, the irony.
Honestly, I don’t care what yall say, but to me, cait sith does not deserve any hate at all.
Adorable
I am so in love with his voice! The accent is just superb!
4:55 *”I pity you. You just don't get it at all. There's not a thing I don't cherish!”* 5:18
I just love how floofy the Moogle is.
...is that a Scottish accent?
I LOVE Scottish accent!!
Yes it is.
Makes sense, a cait sith (cat-sith or cat-sidhe) is a celtic fairy that looks like a cat
Keep in mind that Cait Sith is Reeve's fursona.
You may now take mental damage.
Dude pulls off the whimsical trickster cat but also a overly stressed desk white collar worker. Need to blow off steam when ya got to work behind the scenes you know
@@articusramos808Especially at a black company like Shinra.
Tbh he deserves it. Man works at a morally deficit company, probably can’t quit without being in grave danger. If having his fursona work a 9 to 5 Job while being silly is Cathartic, good for him
8:01 - 9:39 what is the name of this track?
I know it's Descendant of Shinobi but a specific version...
I absolutely love this version of Cait Sith. I want to hang out with him so much I don’t even care if he is holding a knife ready to use when I turn my back to him.
They even made the reject creepy moogle doll work!
Reeve just might be the most cunning & devious of the people in that board room…
I mean…they’re all mostly just examples of the “laughably evil” trope (except for Rufus…he’s at least practical).
It turns out they just needed to give Cait Sith a Scottish accent and some really cute animations to make me like him
Cait Sith is fey cat-like creature from Celtic folklore. Makes sense for it to speak in such accent despite very Japanese design.
I imagine reeve controlling cait with a game controller, sitting in a gammer chair with headphones on
5:03 I KNOW what that riddle means.......
am i the only one think cait sith voice and his calm rare angry personality almost like mimir?, and when he nervous he almost like nigel west dicken from red dead redemption
Scottish Cait Sith is amazing
ORE EVERYONE. LET'S GET THIS PA I STA ET
He is insanely cute, tho
His remade theme is so good 👌
I didn't mind him in the original game but now I like him in the remake.
I love how gullible Cloud is. Even Barret is like “why you gotta fill his head with this crap” lol
BEHOLD! THE CHUNKYBO HATH RETURNED!
2:30 someone’s time in the Golden saucer has been ruined
Interesting that when he first appears, Cait Sith 'summons' a Cactaur and a Tonberry (both GFs in FF8) as well as a fat Chocobo which randomly appears when using the Mog/Choco materia in FF7. His Moogle might very well be a summons?
He is FFFUUUNNN
Cait is so cool character I love it
i love him
Immediately I love this Scottish cat fellow, Sith ❤🏴
He’s the absolute cutest
1:50 Nero?
Who else clicked on this just to find out how they pronounce his name?
whoever decided to give him an accent needs a raise fr
i love cait in the rebirth he had a great roll i hope he and everyone else get a big role in the last game hope it hits in 2027
0:19 what scene is this from I like the music ?
Meow, Meow - Meow - Meow, Meow - Meow-meow-meow-meow-meow, meow!
7:56
I love how he sounds like Scrooge McDuck
I’m pretty sure Fortune number 3 is referring to Aerith
No shit sherlock
I was expecting him to sound more like Meowth lol
gotta love cait sith be it this be it that go on ask the cat
Is it me but Cait Sith really Does sound like David tennant❓.
Mímir is that you?
He's cute.😻
Cait Sith is cool. I also am a firm believer that instead of Reeve he is in fact Scotty aboard the Enterprise having a little fun in the Holedeck lol 😂
How does he control it? PC?
Fun fact, if you rearrange the letters of Cait Sith, you get Shiti Cat
whatever that concierge is being paid, it's not enough
"Existence is pain"
This feels like a Dnd campaign I had once. The new player (Cait Sith) desperately wants to be accepted into the party, but they've clearly built such an over the top joke character that it just grinds against the overly serious/edgy tone of the other players as they do their best to stay in character.
Cait Sith with a scottish accent isn't something I wanted until now, then again one thing you have to admit about the new FF7 games is that they fleshed out the characters a ton!
Cait Sith had this exact accent almost 20 years ago in Advent Children.
On ps1 I loved cait sith a lot
5:17 = aerith?
I love love love his accent
