I am a St Lucian sea moss farmer Akeem. A couple corrections. Wildcrafted sea moss does have salt crystals on there, especially the purple dried sea moss. I don't doubt that some people add salt to pool grown sea moss, however, some buyers are now saying that the sea moss should have no salt!! Also, the cream-colour sea moss is basically a naturally bleached sea moss in the Caribbean sun. You should come visit!! Rasta-far-eye!!

They are a little more expensive but when I bought back then it was always completely dry which helps when you soak it. It will 3x to 4x in size so it's worth the money. Most of the others may be cheaper but they are moist already and they barely double in size.

I've been using sea moss for about 9 months and knew there was a difference after getting my order 2 weeks ago. I had a couple of vaccines back in March that made too sick to function. Sea Moss is what folks in the Caribbean calls the drink. The seaweed or algae (not just any kind)when collected is put out to dry for a couple days and then thoroughly clean of its debris. After it is clean you can store it to make a delicious drink. My neighbor from Trinidad used to make some delicious sea moss. Even my young son had his share of it. Old Folks say it's strengthening.

Irish Sea Moss is actually Chondrus Crispus and grown in the Northern Atlantic Ocean. Just to be clear, both are beneficial. What's important is to know the source due to environmental contaminates. You can buy it anywhere, but it's based on the cleanliness of the ocean that it's being grown in. So i don’t know if you’ve heard of Yada Awakening but he is claiming the authentic sea moss only comes from Ireland and the sea moss that comes from the Caribbean is not the sea moss that contain 92 minerals..would love your thoughts on this.
