Looks tasty. I personally would caramelize 2 or 3 more onions so I could have them on the side. However I have been known to eat onions as a meal. Maybe with a fried potato or 2.
Giiiiiirl! I’m 75 years old and have made a burger or two in my time. I followed your every instruction, except I’m keto so I made my bread a basic chaffle with a little flax and a buitreo of garlic powder. I cooked it medium. It was by far the best burger I have ever eaten. Thank you. I “liked,” “saved,” suscribed, and will vote tomorrow!

Pam, I made mine by grilling the cheese on buttered rye bread but I did it open faced and when it was melted and the bread was browned in the butter, I placed the two slices on my plate and then added the burger and onions on one slice and topping with the other melty slice.

I also don't mind rye bread. Homemade bread is the bomb! I hate pumpernickel, sorry it's awfully strong and tastes like burnt bread.

Yep I sure do use it on my stovetop. Just remember sit it down gently and DO NOT slide it across. Not even a little. Pick it up and sit it down and you’ll be fine! Thanks so much
