I have had a lot of mixed reviews from people that have eaten antelope. Some good some bad. This one was amazing. Just nice clean meat no game taste comparable with axis deer. Very mild flavor and would not mind harvesting another one of these antelope. Hope to do it again soon!🤙🏽
