Thanks yes I always try to put a good hit on any animal I shoot at and I know it’s part of hunting but none the less always a crappy feeling losing an animal!🤙🏽 does not stop me from trying again👍🏽
@@GarrickYamamoto our deer here are blacktal, a smallish mule deer with the wits of a cagy white tail,rainforest ghosts is what iv heard people call them, we do have black bears and Roosevelt elk

I’m guessing those are the Colombian black tail still on my list of animals I have hunted in Alaska where there are the Sitka black tail diffenrt species but all the same very elusive🤙🏽👍🏽 thanks for the info I will be looking more in sept on it thanks
@@GarrickYamamoto theres out deer on.Vancouver island and an even smaller deer on out gulf islands those deer taste real good,no predators over there,/ also they rut three weeks earlier there. An island we hunt is valdez island.16 miles long 4 miles wide ,just summer cottages there neat place

Just on Vancouver island from cambellvriver to ladysmith 1200 a year get bumped - deer
I may need to look into that haha maybe I can figure out a way to get there and hunt sounds like they need some of the deer harvested there😂🤙🏽👍🏽
