Jollof rice is a blessing to Africa, it is one of the top dishes in the world but am going with Ghana 😂 and am Gambian
Nigerians only started cooking Jollof rice when Ghanaians living in Nigeria were selling it to Nigerians.
And then they kicked us out 😂😂

I've tried Ghanaian jollof cooked by two different Ghanaian and I didn't like it but Ive had waakye and it tasted absolutely delicious 😋
@@Jtol88 The only problem I have with Nigerian food forget about Jallof riceis that they put alot of Palm oil basically the food meat is floating on oil got my freind who will also put many Boiled eggs there..that alot of ptotein and I dont think its Heslthy esting.

Actually Jollof rice is from Senegal but they call it tiebou dieun ( rice and fish ) even the name Jollof was the name of the biggest sénégalaise empire called Djolof.

The difference in the stew used to make the jollof. The combination of spices that go into a Ghanaian stew is better than the Nigerian one.
Nigerian cuisine is not famous for it's stews, their only highlight is Egushi and even that Ghanaians do it better.
Nigerian food in general is not the best in appearance or in taste. There is one thing that they are currently winning at though which is music. As far as food competition, they should steer clear off it
