Why are you people stressing your self the owners of jollof rice senegal was even part of ancient mali and Ghana empire so you should just know jollof is and was part of Ghanas history years and ages before Nigeria adopted it,the style Senegal makes it is different from Ghana and tye way Ghana makes its own was adopted by Nigerians simple and short ,the only difference Nigeria jollof has from Ghana is the type of rice they use Nigerians mostly use long rice and Ghanaians mostly use the short rice, but the process is the same
