It’s known Eloi suffered from depression for a long time. He said in an interview the main feeling in this song was to do with his previous relationships nearly broke him… as Casper wrote some of this too. He added parts of being able to come back from the dark side of break ups. Leaving the people and feelings to try and move forward. His father separated from his mum also. This is him saying you aren’t what you’ve come from. RiP Kensington! 🫶
