There was also a lot going on her life at the time: breakdown of her marriage, promo for her movie Burlesque etc so she ended up cancelling the Bionic Tour and ending the promotional push for the album earlier than planned

Unfortunately this album did receive a lot of hate with fans and the media. It was the start of her decline in popularity and people hating on her unfairly. This was mostly because perez hilton and other people said she copied not myself tonight from gaga which isn't true as it was a homage to Madonna, but the media convinced people to hate on this album. Luckily she released burlesque the same year and that did much better and got it's flowers in the long run

Either way, I was so looking forward to seeing her in concert live for this album. I bought my tickets and was hyped up for it! Unfortunately with bad reactions to this album and her personal life taking a toll, she cancelled the tour. I was so devastated. If you get a chance to listen to her DELUXE tracks. Bobble Head and Brides of Prey are my favorite extra songs. The next album you'll listen to from her chronologically is LOTUS, which is probably her worst album ever. It lacks cohesion, sounds very auto-tuned and seemed like a way for RCA to try and undo the underwhelming commercial performance of Bionic (which is a great album, especially with the DELUXE songs). That been said, it probably has one of her strongest intros and has pretty good singles and some songs here and there: Blank Page, Just a Fool (which should have had a video) and maybe Let there be Love. The rest is probably bad filler and her performances back then were not up to her standard. But it is a necessary addition to her cannon and it proved that when she's uninspired or uninterested in the material, it shows. Love your reactions, man. Keep it up!
