Every hospital scene in a horror movie takes place in the same hospital. The staff all go home at night, the lights won't stay on, and the roof leaks. Also rats, probably.
@@GracefulHaka That's exactly why I commented. I work nights in a hospital and patients are always complaining about how bright and noisy it is. Oh, and that the staff won't leave them alone 💀
It's the story of a woman who realises that she is being spoonfed by a monstrous man; she realises that she is under his control thanks to her accident.
@@HandgunSafe I think the concept would work as a full length film. I got the impression the monster is maybe a metaphor for domestic violence cause the things it was saying in a man's voice sound like an abuser.
Lol one person working isn't that unusual in a small hospital. When I got sepsis the hospital I went to was a one nurse per wing place. They were busy and kinda ...complacent about night shift. My nurse was stealing my night dose of pain meds 4 to 5days a week. But what am I gonna say....I was on 3 major pain meds and several iv antibiotics plus 8 other meds and with a severe high fever. In 2022, almost 5 months I lost that time, and a leg, and my mom...,,and my cat.....it was a bad year. But I'm still here and that night nurse can keep her filthy job. Next time she will be indebted to me. 😂
Ok but somebody gotta explain this to me pleasee!!! So was she running to her mum's cos he was abusing her and had an accident or was it the boyfriend cos he thought she was going to see the ex??? Hola??? Brilliant as always alter, but we need an explanation!!!!! ❤
I watched it again. I really think could be another thing.... What if??? What if she was going to see the ex, and actually she drove careless, and she killed the boyfriend without knowing??? And the dead boyfriend is at the phone or she's feeling guilty? Hahaaaa could be another one yeh? Pleeeeaase I need more theories cos my brain gonna explode jahahahajajaj

@@spectralproduction6428 I love the way you interpreted this, and I agree. It already kind of clicked in the beginning when she mentioned she wasn't SUPPOSED to take the car, like she needed his permission.

Creepy. Cool music w the wonky janky piano and vibes. Added to the atmosphere. Why did the nightnurse get up to check on Deborah, who was the Dr. on her device 7:41?
For the protagonist, the end marks the beginning of a fight against her narcissistically perverse partner. The story is about how the car accident makes her realise that she is under his control.
It's the story of a woman who, because of her accident, realises that she's being treated by a monstrous man. This is shown to her by the monster in the room with her.
Great movie as in acting and atmosphere but the storyline was terrible, why make it so complicated, what’s in the room, is she imagining all this, I haven’t a clue, ending too confusing 😭😭😭
It's about a woman who, following a car accident, realises that her partner is an unhealthy man. He is the real monster in the story. The ending marks a turning point for her, as it enables her to fight back against his hold on her.
It's sooooooo, and I mean sooooooooooooooooo original to have the man be an abuser. Filmmakers just can't seem to think of anything else to use them for.
Yeah it's a little exhausting how every single horror movie with a female protagonist reduces them to abuse victims, and the men in their lives to abusers. It's reductive, monodimensional, and done-to-death. It denies these characters the freedom to actually be people, with variety and different stories. Reeks of undergrad-level screenplay students who were never expected to actually push boundaries, so instead we get this stuff that acts like it's pushing boundaries but really just echoes a thousand other works that came before. Very disappointing, I'd like to see Alter stick up for their brand more and hold the artists they publish to higher standards of creativity.

So, what was the point? The plot was too vague.
The story is about how the car accident makes her realise that she is under the control of her partner.
Every hospital I’ve ever been in has been similar to this. Seriously creepy, with barely any staff and creepy stuff happening.
I think that´s normal. Builings like McDonalds restaurants look very similar, churches too, car wash stations too.....and so does hospitals.
