  • Pirelli Cinturato continue to dissappoint big time, not withstanding their claims to durability and tubeless puncture proofing. Maybe I'm unlucky, maybe I should be more trusting and keep riding on patched up tyres. Or maybe there is some truth in this.

    Same here, mate. Gave them a chance but switched back to Schwalbe's. Way less punctures and tyres last way longer.

    I use Conti Terra Trails on my retro steel gravel bike in 40-622. They wear is noticable after just a few 100 km, so the won't last that long, but no puncture as of now. I run tubes at the moment because the rims are cheap and are not easily setup for tubeless. I had Pirellis in mind for my next set, but will probably look elsewhere now, too. Thanks!
