You're over 4,000 subscribers now! I remember when you reached 1,000. 😁 It's the beautiful amber and fossil prep work along with the amazing photography that you do winning viewers over. I love the white amber accents on this piece. I still think it's jewelry grade. Looking forward to seeing how the other one turns out. My favorite colors are green and blue. 👍❤️
What polishing compound did you use at the end for the final polish? I have a really nice piece of amber jewellery that doesn't need a dremel taken to it but it's gotten a bit rough on the exterior due to rough usage back from when I was a lot younger and I'd love to restore it to it's former glory.
Beautiful work!. Do you reccommend soaking oxidized amber in slow cooker with oil ( i think it was) to help it become more clear? I've read that can help but I'm a little unsure
@Amberscape hey thanks for the reply. I have quite a thick piece, that the light does shine through, but it's super cloudy all the way through. Hmmm then, to soak or not to soak 🤔 I'll just have to think about it I guess. Thankyou for your opinion, you Definitely know what you are doing! Some amazing pieces and results 👌✌
@@Amberscape oh ok, I had no real idea about amber until I just found a piece (thought it was a cool looking rock to start with, but felt way to light when I picked it up, and the smell was crazy!). I think some parts of it does have incursions in it, then other parts look clear from what I can see. Might just hold onto it and find somebody local that can fix it up for me. I'd love to see it looking like a piece after you've finished with yours 👌 Thanks again :) ✌
Thanku for video 📹 I live in redcar beach northeast uk and so far have found 3 pieces of amber I am going try to polish..what was the liquid you use please 🙏
how many hours to get this shine? I tried, but just only 10 minutes :-( not shine as yours, its takes lots of hours ? how can get buy, like yours original stone, wher can I get to buy as the sime naturals? thanks
Hi: New to your channel here. Just curious what generally happens to the pieces once you are done polishing them after their final stage? Do you put them in necklaces or bracelets or do you try to sell them as is? How much for a piece such as this, price-wise. Thanks
Thanks for the fast reply. Have you ever found one before or after you polished it with an insect or a T-rex skull in one? What's your first name? Take Care Amigo... 🤣@@Amberscape
If any of those bugs have stingers inside the amber please be careful not to get stung by a mean bee who's been trying to get out for 100 million years. 🙃@@Amberscape
You wouldn't know that was even the same piece of amber. Such a wonderful polish! 💎
Shape is exactly how it was before polish🫣😁, thanks!:)
Awesome to see a piece brought back to life with a polish!!! Very cool. cant wait to see that blue/green one polished, it looks very interesting🤩🤩🤩
The only thing that worries me that these green/blueish colors are on the oxidized part, it might be lost while cutting🫣
what kind of polish
Nice piece of amber. And it's awesome to see how, from non-transparent, it becomes crystal clear.
🙏:))
The white amber looks very nice when polished.
Oh yes , it looked better than expected (the white part)
❤ it looks like a piece of candied orange with the crystallisation
Its unique piece😁, thanks Anne!

I wouldnt do it for the single reason that after this operation it wont be considered natural - but it will become enhanced:)

Odley though, the smell has died down a Lot, thank goodness (i guess) it was very over powering in the room. To the point it gave me a headache 😄
glad you don''t waste any of it, like most jewelry manufacturers do
It takes effort to catch amber - wasting it is illegal after that😁
