Will this 1963 International cub lowboy finally work and flail grass?

This little cub has been nothing but a headache. Can we finally get the pto working and do a little flailing in the backyard? Gonna hafta watch and find out for sure. Thanks for watching and keep wrenching.

Those little tractors are cool and are still pretty useful. I don't know which ones are the best but you really can't replace them for what they're worth, at least with todays prices! That flail has the light duty knives on it. I would think that it would mulch the grass/weeds you cut pretty well, if the tractor has the power to keep it going. The older red cubs typically have a sickle bar mower (good for hay) but I don't think it would cut small brush like that will. Nice video.
