Lee is clearly the better wrestler. He's better on top, on bottom, and scrambling. From what I can see, he's better neutral wise, though it depends on how one looks at it. I mean in the sense that Lee is so good in locked up positions that it's almost a bad thing to get a shot in on him. If those two wrestled 100x, I think Lee would win at least 90% of the time.
Suriano is 100% better in neutral, I’m not sure we watched the sand match. Nick has a way better shot, Lee is a reactionary wrestler on his feet but also a hammer on top.
Watching this match again, it wouldn’t have gone into overtime had it been in college. I came back to watch this after seeing Suriano perform so poorly against Fix and DeSanto. He refuses to be offensive-or just isn’t good enough-against top tier opponents. He would have either lost this match by disqualification-unlikely-or he would have been forced to attack and lose comfortably to Lee. Even for a guy as good as Spencer, it’s tough to take down someone as good as Suriano if the latter is defensive the whole match.
I met an exgirlfriend of Spencer Lee who told me she was able to beat him in wrestling when they were on the bed together. I therefore challenged her to a wrestling match and beat her easily. That means I'm an NCAA champ.

Spencer is so freaking strong even as a lil kid funny thing is he don't really look that strong but his physicality technique and skill set I mean there's a reason he's a multiple-time national champ and so is Nick a multiple-time national these two been the best in the world at their age group insides for a long I would put Roman bravo young now i as well I know him and daton fix him and didn't fix wrestle at 1:33 but so did soriano and soriano won a national title at 33 p I think all them guys could make 57 in freestyle Soriano Fix RYB or Lee who would win if them 4 had to wrestle off for USA at 57 probably Spencer Lee I don't know how if Roman bravo young could make the weight and I wouldn't count out suriano I would love to watch soriano come back at 25 or 33 he would have a real challenge but he also could come out on I like his chances at 33 I think Spencer Lee got his number at this point but siriano could take out RBY that would be a heck of a matchup RYB is awesome tho
