If going to PSU means you need to beat Kasak, Messenbrink, or Marcus Blaze to start....would you go there? I kinda figured PSU wasnt getting Bassett or Forrest for that reason. They'd need to sit a year or several.
You're right, but Bo's problem is that he can't redshirt or he'll be a 21yo freshman, and it would be a tacit admission that a good part of his success is owed to his age and physical maturity as much as to his skill. I mean, right now he's a tatted up 18 yo man wrestling almost entirely 14-17 yo boys.

1:11 : Meyer is a lifer for 157. There is no way that he will bump up. Last year, at the start of the season, he was walking around at 153 lbs. He could have easily went 149 but refused to lose weight. He also mentioned this in an interview.

@@anthonydelgrosso4818 Their styles are not similar at all. Jax is way more funky and not nearly as reliant on hand fighting. David mostly uses traditional leg attacks, head-hands defense, and go behinds.
Think of it this way :..No 4xer was every predicted to win 4ncaa titles coming in to college and yes that includes Cael. I think Bo wins 1-2 titles. Nothing to do with where he is going, just think that is where he will be at. Only time will tell

Mitchell majors Shapiro… tech’s him the second match they have. Everyone is saying 165 is so soft this year. That is a terrible terrible take. When we go back and look at the all Americans for 2025 at 165. It will be a very impressive group of kids.
Wrestlers do take the easier match of the weekend. Alirez ducked cael happel. Ramirez ducked carr and destroyed the entire 165 lb bracket. Mesenbrink is a top 5 pound for pound wrestler. The best wrestlers in college are steveson, carter, o'toole, mesenbrink, and shapiro in that order
