This video is quite different to my normal videos. I really wanted to take the time out to enjoy the peace and quiet of a normal stealth camp. So I thought I would share this ASMR video with you all so you can experience exactly what I experienced. You have no idea how hard it was for me to keep my mouth shut 😂. Don’t worry I will be back making my normal talkative videos very soon. Thanks for watching
Honest review from loyal subscriber- ASMR has never been a thing for me (I'm glad you didn't tap your nails on nowt etc lol) but it's a love sundays video and so I watched! As I appreciate what it must of took to film.. but I love your usual style but i do hope with the youtube algorithm that it does its job and attracts people to your channel that may normally miss it... as I said I'm not an ASMR fan BUT I do LOVE the sound of a storm! And rain... so.. maybe when it's happening and you get a chance to film it in such a way it would be greatly welcomed... maybe after the usual "goodnight" ahhhhh that would be nice!!! What have I took away from this tho??? I can replay the diesel heater bit and see if I could live with that ticking?? From someone who can't sleep in a room with a clock ticking... but can fall asleep anywhere else.. if ya get me? Lol... anyways.... CHEERS buddy.. onwards to love my sunday.. ❤❤❤
I really enjoyed this, I have 2 young kids and a busy job. The thought of going somewhere for a short, quiet break to refocus sounds very appealing. Thanks for sharing

It's really nice to see a silent video from time to time. If I may say so, you're one of my favourite vanlifers, and probably the most genuine tbh. Great job. These types of videos can get very dull quick. You did a great job of including a variety of different sits and sounds without feeling busy or rushed.
It reminded me of the many times when I’ve upset the missus but have no clue as to what I’ve done! 😂 seriously though it makes us truly appreciate your dialogue on these vlogs. The drone did well not to get blown into a different county.
I'm in the 50% that liked it. This is only the second vid I've seen where it's silent. The first one was of a Polish guy, in his van also. It has a feel of 'peacefulness'.

I know how much extra time it takes to blur out things like ur reg plate depending on what software ur using but when parked or off the public road a great time saver is to put a plastic cover over your reg plate. Doesn't matter what camera or drone shot it's all masked out for you.

I first started out watching videos with no talking, just building and improving campsites, so this was not unfamiliar. Your parking spot as blissful. Love the camp stove and the easy way to get it going.

Been following you for a while now. Love all of your content, not only because you are in my favourite county Cornwall, it's how I imagine camping in a self built camper would be like sometimes. Especially when daily life gets a little much, everyone needs that one day away from the daily grind to reflect and relax and take in the moment. Hi, I watched you trying to cook chicken but the gas was too cold, well next time turn your electric blanket on and put the canister inside just for a few minutes you should then be able to cook ok! I’ve been using the same type of cooker for years in my truck . You really just need to warm up butane gas when it’s cold, works every time .

Very Relaxing video Shaun, have you thought about getting wind deflectors for the front windows? You can have one of the windows down half inch,over night for air circulation, it mite help with the condensation in the front? 👍🏽

I think this sums up solo van life quite well. Kinda how it is when the camera is off. Good way to see if solo is for you or not. That ceiling!!!
