So you connected a battery isolator first, then connected to the DC to DC charger? That means it charges the battery intermittently since the isolator trips off at a certain voltage?
Awesome great setup, wish my 99 wj was setup like that, up here in the Pacific northwest coast of Oregon a world away from you guys, keep up the good work and hope to see products from you guys at redarc, sponsorship still available?
Wow, This is the total set up. Is it limited to certain vehicles? Wondering of mine could handle it. There's also the cost factor. Which is about what?
Hey Redarc, my Tacoma is set up as this Hilux (bp51s, dual batteries and 1225, etc) but my new 4 Wheel Pop Up Camper is not yet Redarc equipped. Wanna sponsor a sweet truck in the states??
Awesome setup 👌 to go off-grid, wish my 99 wj was setup for off-grid like that up here in the Pacific northwest coast of Oregon, keep up the good work 👍
Great build guys. What's the cost of the Redarc section? I've pretty much got everything but like the setup. Let me know when your rep is at ARB StPeter's and I'll head down, give him/her a look at my rig and see what we can do. Cheers!!
Thanks for watching, and for supporting our Aussie made gear. The team at ARB can definitely walk you through a few options to suit your needs, or you can give our Tech Support Team a call on 08 8322 4848 and they'd be more than happy to help out
Hi Kirk, The BCDC will provide a dedicated 3-Stage Charge to your auxiliary battery, whereas the Smart Battery Isolator will simply link the two batteries - meaning that a BCDC can provide a better charge to suit a deep cycle auxiliary battery. If your Wrangler has a smart alternator, the BCDC’s benefits are even more apparent as the smart alternator may not produce the required voltage to even switch on the Smart Battery Isolator, let alone provide a decent voltage to charge the auxiliary battery. If you would like to incorporate the charging benefit of the BCDC with the jump-start capability of the Smart Battery Isolator, you can wire both as per the Ultimate Dual Battery Setup to get the best of both worlds: www.redarc.com.au/bcdc-dual-with-jump-start-feature-the-ultimate-battery-setup

Hi Jamie, thanks for watching. The suite of REDARC products you are referring to have been installed in this location and proximately to each other as an operational visual/training display. In a standard installation of this type of system all components except the RedVision display would be hidden away. However, the custom-made panel we have utilised to mount these products is 200mm wide X 500mm high X 1200mm Long. Also please note all the individual component dimensions are in the corresponding user manuals available on our website.
Awesome gear. Love that this is an Aussie company!
Thanks for the support! :)
Great video, love seeing the options available for the Ute. I think that viewers would also like to know the cost to build such an amazing setup.
The only limit is the size of your wallet 🤣🤣 Top notch build Redarc 👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks for watching, mate!

Question would I need to BCDC in addition to the battery isolator with a 2020 jeep Wrangler Rubicon.

How much space does all that gear in the canopy take up?
