    can you do some videos on Michigan I need a better understanding
    i know michigan is a tax deed state with NO redemption 🤔 so does that mean once i win the property it immediately belongs to me ?

      You usually have an upset bid period. That basically gives people, 10 days in NC for example, to outbid you and then the 10 days start again on them. But after that, yes it is yours.
