A Quiet Title Action is basically a way to sort out any disagreements or claims on a property’s ownership. It's super helpful if you buy properties at tax sales to make sure no one else can claim they own it later. You might not need to do it for every property, just the ones where the ownership seems a bit unclear. And yes, it’s usually worth it because it helps make sure your property is really yours, without any issues popping up later.
