Just a question about the hot dogs n sandwiches, they sit out all night long? Or are they refrigerated?
You will not be answered but the heart.😂 I would say not. One would assume that. ❤ But a pepperoni is cooked meat and sits out in containers in shops or grocers. Egg is the one you need to be careful of clearly. Custards containing egg. I doubt the food lasts on shelves tbh. Sell fast.😊
There are Japanese bakery in US too and they have the same kind of sandwiches and others. If you know Japanese grocery store like Mitsuwa they have Japanese bakery.

Lots do this. I worked 12am til 6 am in a warehouse bakery as shipping and receiving, packer and line worker. 🙋🇨🇦🤷🐈😌🧑🍳Gourmet Baker in Vancouver, Canada many years back in my mid twenties. Tough gig good pay midnight shifts paid more.
