Really appreciate you for showing their lovely shop and the beautiful scenery of Tamba, especially introducing us to two amazing people. It's touching to see the owners put so much effort into what they love. All of the pastries and burgers looks very delicious. His interview at the end is just amazing especially when he says "The pursuit of good taste in its simplicity."
You can clearly tell how much Chef Misawa is passionate about his work. He treats the dough as living creatures (which is true) and needs to be fermented happily to make good bread.
Would love to say that this is the best bakery stories of all time, compared to others channel. Simple, humble, dedicated baking couple who passionate what they do and able to create so many delicious baked good sourced from ethical farmer (without using any pesticide on their wheat ) obviously he loves what he brings to the table. Love this kind of stories
I bet they never thought their little bakery all the way in Japan would touch someone’s heart in North Carolina USA. You can see the joy they have for serving their community and the passion they have for cooking and baking. I could stand to take some inspiration from them! ❤

Interesting Ichijima bakery & burger restaurant by Mr & Mrs Misawa (and staff)! Everything looks delicious! All of the different burgers (bacon, cheese, fish, pulled pork, etc.) are scrumptious, especially the thick bacon slices. The eating terrace has beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and fields, while the inside restaurant looks very cosy and casual. Thank you for making and sharing this wonderful video!
I rarely comment on YT videos, but I've done so twice under one of yours as I keep getting blown away by the hard work these bakery owners put in. I am definitely checking at least one of these bakeries when I visit Japan, and I would definitely love to visit Mr Misawa and Ms Momoko's bakery for a chilli burger and some curry buns.
The best video I have ever watched on TH-cam. The Baker and his wife are wonderful people. They both exude philanthropic beliefs with kindness and grace. I love this bakery, burger restaurant so much. I want to come there and look how hard-working they are. Everything is beautiful. I feel like this is an attraction where people come from all over. It’s just lovely and so homey. ❤
