    I think the combination of posture and breath work has really been a game changer for me. as my body aligns over time my breathing expands with each new shift. I have had multiple "wow I am breathing better" moments over the past 2 years!

      Totally agree and relate! It's a whole new world. I keep finding new worlds and accidentally falling into them haha xxx

    Thanks so much for sharing this, Ellie! I have taped my mouth for several years now after a friend told ne about Janes Nestor's book and about Patrick McEown / Butekyo. I use a brand of paper tape (for use in medical situations) that works perfectly for me (Nexcare brand here in the US.) This is SOOO important..Creates a huge change in sleep and rest...Keep breathing!
