Yasushi’s playing knocks me out every time and I’m absolutely loving this gig with Mr Tabackin! Lew brings the whole history of jazz tenor together in one highly personal package. I especially love the way he slips and slides with the time. It’s kinda similar to Joe Henderson in the way that he’ll float over the time but then, in an instant, dig in and groove like a mofo. So much fun to go on these adventures with him!
GREAT swinging version of OP’s Tricotism. Lou Tabakin has got his Don Byas sound and attack down, and sounds great. Emmet in stupendous form, as usual. Please! Keep on swinging!!!
Honey wake up, a new Emmet Cohen video just dropped❤❤❤

This amazing tune is actually thanks to bassist Oscar Pettiford, but OP has an amazing version!
@@vogs1066 By OP, I meant Oscar Pettiford, great bassist, Composer, contributor to the music.
