Cheesecake Bites

Hey everyone, my mom makes these amazing mini cheesecake bites and I wanted to share the recipe. If you have the ingredients this shouldn't take more then an half hour to prepare. Its simple, delicious, and will make you look like a pro.

Hey Esther, yes it should work, but cook the pie a bit longer. As well as let it cool for more time. I'm not sure how big of a pie your planning to cook, but it should work.

Can I use a 6 tin cupcake pan? They'll be bigger, does that matter??

You might have to let the cheesecakes cook and cool a bit longer (by about 30sec - 1 minute). I'm not sure how big your pan is but nothing should be drastically different.
