What do you need to do to get the sensor on the right side of the airbox to release? I've pushed, pulled, squeezed and I'm afraid I'll break the bracket. It's looks so easy in the video, Help!
Great video :) just subscribed ! Your videos are really helping because i drive a 997.1 carrera 4s :) just curious where u bought the black wheels? At porsche? I need them too so badly
+ZxXa I had them powder coated at a local shop. It's around $1000. I highly recommend it. It transforms the wheels and look of the car. At first, I was unsure, but they've really grown on me. Thanks for subscribing! I also have a video on how to change the brake fluid. Total on cabin air filter coming up soon.
Hi Car Fanatic, do you still get your car serviced from a OPC / Porsche specialist to keep the service history stamps? Important for resale values... keep up the great vids 👍
+bm99999 I don't. At this point, have maintenance records will have little impact on resale. Whatever addition resale value will not offset the added cost of going to the dealer. My maintenance record is the TH-cam channel :).
Great straight forward instructions.
Thanks for the great info again! Now I am prepared to change my air filters on my future Porsche 911 :)
- Cannot wait for your next video!
+King Lonne I'll try to keep them coming! What do you drive now and are there any other cars you're interested in?
Currently driving a 98 Chevrolet Malibu LS, and others cars I would buy is a Honda S2000, GTR R32/34, and defiantly Infiniti G37s 6MT
you do a nice job with your vids. Thanks!
Thanks Curty! Hope you subscribe for more videos!

There's a little latch on the clip that you need to lift up, then you can pull the clip out.

i have a 2009 997. how often do i need to replace the coolant?
It's apparently lifetime, so I haven't done it yet. Maybe at some point I will. Realistically, ever 4 years or so would be okay.

thanks for your thoughts. I've got a 997.1 with fsh but was thinking of changing discs+pads myself - looked reasonably easy from your vids
How do you remove the clip on the right hand side?
You do need to disconnect it
18 ? overkill?
+Saablives what are you referring to?
the screws for the air box.
+Saablives just 8 T25 screw, not 18 :)
oh, 8 for air cover is good
Great vid. Maybe I'm OCD but your oil cap is upside down.
