  • #TeddyPendergrass was an American singer who rose to musical fame as Harold Melvin & The Blue Notes lead singer. After leaving the group in 1976, Pendergrass had a successful solo career with the Philadelphia International Label, releasing five consecutive platinum albums, a record at the time for an African-American R&B artist.

    I believe Harold Melvin played a part in Teddy Pendergrass accident. Because when Teddy Pendergrass left the Bluenotes, Melvin tried several times to put a hit out on T.P.

    I've watched several videos about this crash, and I think yours has been the most professional one, without any sensationalism. My opinion; It seems very odd that a new Rolls Royce would have brake failure; they are renowned for being reliable. Odder still that it was his second car to be tampered with in a short time...Whatever really happened, TP was a great artiste, and a very strong man to have overcome the disabilities resulting from the accident.

      @@earl8487 I heard about that the lady in teddy's car was Julius erving's wife. But I also believe that Harold Melvin was very jealous of teddy from the beginning. He didn't like the ladies around him. Then he cheated his own band mates out of money to keep for himself. Then of all things, the black Mafia was after him for driving beautiful cars around town and going with his girlfriend tazz Lang. So much speculation for what really happened, but God knows what happened to teddy pendergrass, the things he had to go through since that fateful day, reviving his career. His passing was totally devastating to everyone who loved his infectious spirit and vibrant personality and most of all, his music will always be something that everyone will remember. May his family, friends and fans keep him in their hearts and lift up his legacy as being a great R AND B singer. May you rest in eternal peace, Teddy 🧸🧸🧸🧸 pendergrass! 💜💜💓💓💪💪✝️✝️🙏🙏 ! P.S. - Happy heavenly 73rd birthday, teddy !!

    I've read that Teddy had apparently trashed his Maserati a week before. He also drove Yvette Ganier home on the same night just before Tenika and she said he was speeding until she told him to slow down. So although the conspiracy theories are intriguing, to me it seems more likely it was just an accident. He lost control while driving too fast on a section of highway notorious for accidents and crashed.

  • @anthonyharty1732
    @anthonyharty1732 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    It was an accident, Teddy loved his cars and according to those who knew him, drove fast. The drug tests said he was drug free the night it happened but he loved his cocaine as well. I can’t believe the cocaine didn’t show up at the drug test, Teddy had been out partying that night.
