In my case I had to do a repair on the C++ runtime in control panel because there were too many files in question.

@@naeemshanaeemsha1241 im 4 months late but this can be done by clicking prepare when going into the control panel and uninstall programs section and then go to your Microsoft visual c++ and you can prepare them all or just the one you need to

I followed this step by step and I still have the same problem? It does say when I copied the files into systems32 files it says I need to be an adminstrator or something like that to copy but it copied anyways, I think? Do we have to change some sort of permission?

At the end of your video you said 64 bit dll in system 32 and 32 bit dll in system 64. Did you get their mixed up lol

No, 64 bit DLL will go into System32, and 32 bit DLL will go in SysWow64.

Yes, the naming is something opposite. On a 32-bit OS, the libraries are stored in C:\System32.
When Microsoft created 64-bit OS, they kept the library location as "System32" since many software had this location coded into it.
Thus MS kept the same naming. Otherwise, it would break thousands of software.
Now, on 64-bit OS, the 64-bit library is stored in System32, and they added another folder named "SysWow64" with 32-bit libraries. This allows the 32-bit programs to run on a 64-bit OS.
