I have tried shirring for the first time, and found that when my bobbin got close to being empty, the last 2 rows gathered much tighter than the consistent stitch on the other rows. I refilled the bobbin and the stiches went back to the original size for several rows again, until I get close to the end of the bobbin again and had the same thing happen. So, I am going to have to start over, but I need to know how to prevent this happening again!

hello very nice lady seamstress can you please kindly film how to operate the serger overlock sewing machine electric foot pedal how its used to sew please kindly let me know ok?thank you very much 😊
Oops, I already forgot. For the needle thread, I use a regular all-purpose sewing thread that works well with a variety of fabrics. As for the needle, I typically use a universal needle, size 80/12, which is a great match for most lightweight to medium-weight fabrics. The size of the needle might change depending on the fabric's weight and type, but 80/12 is a good starting point for shirring. I've included this detailed information in my written tutorial on my website at this link - www.ageberry.com/how-to-sew-shirring-guide-to-elastic-thread-gathering/. So, please check out the tutorial there. You'll find all the specifics there to help you get started on your shirring projects with confidence. Thanks for bringing that up, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any more questions

Thank you for your suggestion. I can certainly look into creating a tutorial on how to operate a serger. It's a great idea for a video.
Don’t forget to tell us what type of thread you were using for the needle and also what type of needle you are using
Thank you, I’d also like to know the answer to this question please.

Informative; but the accent is too think for clear understanding of the directions and the sing-song voice makes comprehension difficult
