- The April 2023 World Report features stories from Kenya that show how the Church’s US$32 million donation to the World Food Programme is blessing refugees and curbing malnourishment for mothers and children. The program also contains reports on humanitarian projects the Church is engaging in with the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) in Memphis, Tennessee, and San Francisco, California.
Viewers will also see some of the global ministry of the First Presidency, the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles and General Officers from the past six months. This includes the First Presidency welcoming to Temple Square the spiritual leader of Muslims in the Caucasus, Elders Jeffrey R. Holland’s visit with Ukrainian refugees in Germany, and Relief Society General President Camille N. Johnson and Young Women General President Bonnie H. Cordon ministering in Africa.
This new edition of the World Report also looks at the many groundbreakings and dedications of houses of the Lord Jesus Christ around the world - including the first in Puerto Rico.
I wish critic's of our tithing program would take the time to investigate the truth. Their negative attacks are uneducated responses because of their superficial understanding of the church. All they want to do is condemn and destroy. It is sad.
Yes really sad to hear that they making bad issue to the church... They didn't see how the church help others...
For that reason, I simply share these videos…I’m honored to pay my tithing and love knowing how it’s being used around the world👏🏽
Because I say....its easier to believe a lie than to chase the truth!!!... And even if they did it prolly wouldn't matter much😣

Greetings from Paraguay! In my community the church provided school supplies that were prepared in PFJ/FSY. The church is growing in this city little by little. The service is something wonderful 😊

I wish we had this report more often.
It is always between Gen Conference sessions.....so you can see the updates in April and in Oct. of each year.
@@sandrawhite3851 also sometimes as news stories I fold, they will pop up in TH-cam, then during the 2 conferences, they will all be edited into one program.
I felt the spirit when I watching this.
The Chruch is really grow and help all mankind.

Convince gov to let everyone that wants use about an acre of free tax free good land with natural water access to grow their own food and live on. Ban farm subsidies. Plant food forest everywhere. Automatic irrigation with moisture sensor.

It's always so humble and refreshing to be part of God's Kingdom on earth and helping others that are much less fortunate.
There are so many ways that we can help the main thing is to have a temple recommended if you have this you are helping. The app system is amazing for family history work as well.

Why do we even call it a “service” mission? They are still missionaries and should be addressed as such! They are still equally compared to “normal” missionaries.

I’m curious, will we hear anything new on the announced Russia area temple announced 2-3 years ago?
I'm still waiting for Hungary's Temple announced 4 or 5 years ago...lol
Probably when the Shanghai temple will move forward. Perhaps in our zeal, we’re getting a bit over our skis.
Temples usually take 5-10 years from announcement to completion. In some cases that are announced before the land for them is even purchased, which makes it take longer.
That will probably be on hold for a while considering current events…but I am hopeful for the future.

Silly?? Not at all. . . The state of UTAH is The Church's headquarters, so it makes total sense that a large percentage of its temples are located in UTAH
