Treasure Hunting in Tucson

- I traveled to Tucson for my niece's graduation and a short vacation...but no vacation is complete without a little thrifting. I had a wonderful time shopping and managed to find some amazing vintage treasures. I also learned about the amazingness of estate sale liquidators -- stores that consolidate items from several estates in a single store.
Thanks to Salvatore Battaglia from Showcase Flippin-it Estate Liquidation Company - if you want to check out his store, visit 4430 N Highway Drive in Tucson Arizona.
In addition to an actual estate sale and a Goodwill, I also visited 'The Girls' Estate Sales and Shop at 330 S. Wilmot Road in Tucson Arizona.

I agree about thrifting while vacationing! It's always fun to discover new places. Great haul.
Thrifting and antiquing rank right up there on my list of places to visit when I travel. Its a free or inexpensive means of being entertained (unless you have really expensive taste in antiques) and I've found that it is a great way to learn about a location that you are visiting. Like archaeologists who study the trash dumps of ancient cities to learn about their culture, you can learn a lot about a city by seeing the kinds of things that get donated to their thrift stores and charity shops! Thanks as always for the kind comment and I hope you have a great week!
Hope you had a chance to go to Bookman's, it's a huge used bookstore but they have a lot of paper craft supplies in the craft books section (rubber stamps, etc.). Loved seeing all of your thrift store finds!
I didn't stumble across that spot, but it sounds delightful! And its a great reminder that bookstores are often a great spot to find things for crafting (in addition to things to read) :) Thanks so much for you comment!
