    So much better than Bjorn eating taco salad at a ICE gas station. I do miss the double hot dog and the pizza. I like the cooking and camp out meal. Two thumbs up! Bjorn can do the zero test without being near an EV station with Ecoflow charger. Bjorn for the win! Teslabjorn is clearly ahead of all the others who do range test.

    2 questions;
    - how to eat the dubbel penetration hotdog without spilling the sauce? I have tried and failed twice.
    - if you connect a power pack to the 12v and connect the outlet to you’re charge port. Do you than have infinite power?

    You have a viewer base, not just us 15% from Norway, who I think appreciate the landscape you film in. Boring to see autobahn tests - there are enough of them. Your content stands out from other "TH-camrs" and is not as mainstream as others. It is a factor I would think about before moving to Germany.
    If you think the grass is greener on the other side, you better start watering your own garden 😉
    Otherwise: fantastic video 👍🏻

    • @bjornnyland
      @bjornnyland  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Trust me. My high view videos are not because of the Norwegian landscape. It's because of other content (car, issue, repair, upgrade, test, etc).

    I think 21” wheels has significant impact. You get roughly same average consumption as I did with my Etron 55 at autobahn at 120km/h but with the ugly 19” wheels. 😀

    • @bjornnyland
      @bjornnyland  2 ปีที่แล้ว +12

    • @moestrei
      @moestrei 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      19 inch is beautiful. More compfy and more economical too (both in consumption and replacement cost). Where I live the roads can be rough and 21 inchers frequently blow tyre and even crack. Low profile is just a superstupid fashion, nothing else.

    This old e-tron is still the 6th best selling car in Norway this year.

    Did you compensate for charging the portable battery from the 12V socket? If you charged, say, 1.5 kW this would mean 1.75% additional range, bringing it to 452 Km - thus equalling the BYD Tang. What do you think?

    • @bjornnyland
      @bjornnyland  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Max 120 W from 12 V, not 1.5 kW. And if you meant 1.5 kWh, that would take 12.5 hours to charge up. We didn't drive that long after cooking.
      We drove about 2 hours after cooking. That means 240 Wh used. Divide that by 440 km and you get about 0.5 Wh/km. A drop in the ocean for such a thirsty car...
      Or in other words, 240 Wh/km will get you 1 extra km of range... Lol

    Yesss, in efficiency mode too. Nice one Bjørn. Although the benefit of lower suspension only comes in about 60mph. Also the car has old tech now? Can't help but think that we are now used to seeing SUVs rolling out with decent efficiency and then look at the etron with disdain. Audi haven't changed anything significant since 2020 and even then the changes weren't much. Car launched in 2019 was it? So its tech was from as far back as 2018, earlier perhaps, 5 years standing still. I will say mine is most efficient on the motorway 70-75mph, so maybe it's a gearing thing too; built for the autobahn and rapid refueling. I love it, considering getting another when my lease renews.
