I like how he asks her how do you stop cookies from going soggy and she proceeds to explain how crunchy cookie is not something you want to eat but the soggy cookie is, and dude just goes "...right." in response 🤣
I got to go to that Ben and Jerry's factory back in 2005. What a great place! Vermont is beautiful too.

I have a question that has stumped a Swiss Red Seal Chef for decades. He is very stumped on as to why Ben and Jerry's ice cream does not crystalize within a time frame of overnight considering there are no stabilizers etc. Any ideas?

@@rezarezahosseini215 They are not listed on the label, back in the day. They have been bought out some time ago and who knows now, although I will check the labels soon. Haha, and watch 1:35.
