    Why in Ansys we get inverted Shear Force Diagram?

      It depends upon sign convention!!! If you calculate theoretically by changing the sign of SFD and BDM you will get the same diagram, values remains same.

      @@DEEMECH I follow the same sign convention shown by you in calculation. Do you have the calculation part for Bar problem with temperature? I did calculation and analysis but the answers are not matching. I must be doing some mistake in calculation.

      @@PikAbhi Yes if you reverse the sign of my theoretical calculation, you will get the same diagram as ansys. manual available @ deemechkvgp.wordpress.com
