White sturgeon catch n' cook in Idaho? Yep! I think this is probably one of the only fishing places in the State where it's legal that you can do this! Let me tell you, sturgeon is my new favorite fish to catch and cook up! It beats even fresh trout by a long shot! No wonder people almost fish them out!
