CATCH N' COOK CATFISH

First time fishing in Texas and we load the boat with some nice catfish! I was hoping to catch my personal best since we were in monster catfish territory but we failed to connect on a behemoth. Will definitely have to try fishing here again!
Keep trying new things and leveling up in real life!

normally you would put water into batter i notice you never try to make batter out of all the seasoning, do you not like that style of cooking deep fried
