I just got the base set and was trying it out. We ran into what felt like a problem, having come from other card games. I was able to use main actions on my turns because I kept having something I could do, but I wasn't taking side actions, so I just did a main action and ended my turn. I can't find anything that says that counts as a "pass". But my friend I was playing with just ran out of things to do and kept having to pass. They said it wasn't fun for them because of that, but I can't find that we were doing anything wrong. Is it normal with the base game pre-con decks for that to happen?
