The fact Jon Stewart has to crash The Late Show and speak in an exaggerated Trump impression about whether or not our 9/11 first responders should continue receiving health coverage speaks volumes about how fucked this country is.

I do know some people whose beards turn gray faster than their heads, but I've never seen someone with a completely white/gray beard with no grays on his head, although I suppose it could be possible.

My father is 1 of the first responder's supported by the Zadroga Act. He has colon cancer from saving the lives of countless Americans of every religion, race, and state. Days after 9/11 I was in 5th grade wondering if my dad would come home and if he was even alright while he picked people out of the rubble of the twin towers. The Zadroga Act enabled him to get the care he needed so he could get part of his life back. He is no longer able to work and is on permanent disability. He did not ask for a medal for what he did on 9/11, he didn't even ask for a thank you. He is happy with the fact he saved so many lives on that day and what he did not only for the City of New York, where he was born, but his country. He is a damn hero... lets start treating our heroes like we should. Call your Congressman: whatever state your in, take a couple minutes out of your day, and make the call for the people who we called to action when we needed it the most. HELP PASS THE ZADROGA ACT FOR GOOD! It may not have an effect on your life, but please call, do it for my Dad if anything....cause I need the man that I look up to in my life. Bless.

Notice the jump cut at 4:03? Pay attention to Jon's hand. Jon's explanation of how he knows congress is corrupt was cut out. Sad to say it but I think Trevor Noah has been paid off and The Daily Show is now a propaganda network like every other mainstream news organization. The Zadroga Act is being suppressed. And Hillary Clinton is getting huge support over Bernie Sanders.

+monokhem Explain to me how it's preposterous. The jump cut is there and at an incredibly odd time. And compare Steven Colbert's interview of Hillary to his interview with Bernie and tell me there isn't obvious bias. There's corporate interest in Hillary winning. This isn't 'staged moon landing' or 'lizard people'. Sometimes "conspiracies" are true - you shouldn't be so quick to write them off.
+monokhem Jon DID say congress was corrupt all the time back when he was in charge. He's not anymore. They also never used jump cuts when he was the host. Trevor plays down Jon's comments saying "well how do you know this and that" then asks him a question and his response is cut out, that's means for suspicion.
The audience doesn't have a voice, they can't tell the masses what was removed.
This happens all the time in corporate media, just google "young Turks CNN Bernie Hillary email". CNN used one of those white flash jump cuts to misrepresent Bernie's "enough of the emails" comment.

As much as Jon's leaving has left a massive void at the Daily Show I love that he's decided to not go off the radar. The old Daily Show cast/family is everywhere on TV now with Stephen taking over The Late Show, John Oliver at HBO, Larry Wilmore on The Nightly Show and Sam Bee starting her TBS show soon. Not to mention Jon himself is going to be on HBO soon as well doing periodical pieces. We are still going to get to see him make appearances like this from time to time and that really warms the cockles of my heart.
