GN really let these units get tatty and run down didn't they. A shame as they were decent units even if getting on in years. I hope one gets preserved! Not many classes make it to 43 years in service!

Very good video. Glad you got to ride on a Class 313 on Great Northern before they were all replaced by the Class 717's. :)

Its a shame that the 313 never got put into Great northern colours thave allways been left in old first capital connect livery.

Shame these are gone to be honest. These are great trains.
The 313s were better on the Normal Kings cross to Welwyn Garden line. I just find it scary on the moorgate line.
I don’t know honestly, the 313 blends well since it’s a bit tatty and the stations are old
