@@TammyCalamity The only issue I have left is the metru chest piece color. So in order to achieve cohesion should it be black for all them, should it be of their respective color or should it be of their metallic color?! XD
Tammy at it again, straight-up improving Bionicle sets with little to no trade-off, I for one am especially all for altering canonized models to more closely resemble their artwork, like Artakha’s art cape is so much cooler than his model’s, looks so much better. It still baffles me how it took until 2016 for them to realize you don’t hold shields with your mf hands, this is such a good mod. Actually, I’d like to give a mod of my own to all the folks having trouble getting Pouks’s limbs, the dark gray thighs and especially biceps fit really well with the color scheme, so they make excellent replacements, or at least substitutes for the light brown ones, which have gotten a bit rarer on the market. *praise be to the fists*
It was the Rustoleum Aged Copper, but I think I just got lucky with the lighting for that photo. Make sure you a few thin layers to get the more solid look though. Good luck!
Yeah, the colour I got looked wildly different, not at all like the brown penny colour I'd hoped for. I did have another one before that was a very orange copper, but the paint itself wasn't that good. I have another paint called Krylon coming my way so I'll see how that does. Also, thanks for your other Hagah video, that's how I found out about the metropolis blue for Kualus. It looks great
Makuta Nui is an interesting build but I'm not really interested in building it again anytime soon. I'm legit surprised that it never get canonised as another character though. If I had to guess though, you could probably connect the existing 'tri-axle' Kraahkan mod to the Kodan claw on the head with part #32054. You mean the connectors in the arms and legs that are black in the original?
Black arms on the original MOC, black thighs in the canon artwork. All-white would be in-scheme with the other Hagah.
