    Ingredients:
    For Rajma:
    - 1 cup kidney beans (red or white), soaked overnight
    - 2 medium onions, chopped
    - 2 cloves garlic, minced
    - 1 medium tomato, chopped
    - 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    - 1 teaspoon coriander powder
    - 1 teaspoon garam masala
    - 1 teaspoon amchur powder (dried mango powder)
    - Salt, to taste
    - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    For Chawal:
    - 1 cup basmati rice
    - 2 cups water
    - Salt, to taste
    Instructions:
    1. Pressure cook the soaked kidney beans with 4 cups water until tender.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until golden.
    3. Add cumin seeds, coriander powder, garam masala, amchur powder, and salt. Mix well.
    4. Add chopped tomato and cook until soft.
    5. Add cooked kidney beans and mix well.
    6. Cook rice with 2 cups water and salt until tender.
    7. Serve Rajma over Chawal and enjoy!
