Opt in to the pension they put in quite a bit to your contribution. Dont forget that you have around 30+ more years to work so you will need a pension to live on at the end wether it be private or nhs. The nhs pension they will pay it on to your nominated person when you die. You get an extra benefit too if you pass away while being in service/still working they will give a pay out to your family. I think its a minimum of £60,000 that would be in addition to your personal life insuarnce.
NHS pension depends on how long you worked with the nhs I know people who have retired and cannot even afford to stay at home they have to do the odd bank shift because there nhs pension is not enough to sustain them
@@nurse_bellinda its so sad. Im private sector but nhs pension. We have a few more benefits from work. It deffinetly is worth having a pension. Congrats on your progession.
Hi I have just come across yr channel. Its refreshing to see a uk nurse for a change. I saw u had weight loss surgury as well im 19 stone, i was 8 stone pre nursing in 2000. I need to lose weight iv got a bad back and arthritis in my knews so old lol. I gave mY pin up 3 years ago after 15 years had enough. I work as a Support worker now but both times i worked for NHSP there a joke with what they pay. I will one day go back to a agency for better pay. Iv also wanted a boob job so think im goIng to be watching a lot of yr vlogs 0
Hiya nurse B, I love all your content and resilient spirit. Please I just wanted to ask if you could help show me the sample of what critical writing means -- thank you (finally year DMU student). Thank you
Thankyou so much for this video. But i want to ask if it is reasonable for me to resign my contract as an Healthcare assistant with the trust and fully join the bank shift because i want flexible shift? And my sister nurse is not ready to give me that. I need your advice please
Girl the reality of nhs pay and agency pay😂 why so many nurses are leaving to go agency. You and I both that are trying to save to move to the USA cannot work nhs and be able to save. So for us we need to be agency nurses 😂
Hii can you please guide me that how can i leave my job tier 2 and join agency for permanent option and also can u tell me whether they provide certificate of sponsorship for overseas nurses.
Saw the caption and ran here asap to watch this 😁. Will be qualifying soon and so so interested in this 😂😂😂.
Thanks Belinda, you are always my number one, when it comes to Nursing

I’m working my notice and going to full time agency. Some agency nurses are so bloody lazy so hoping to change that reputation!
That’s good congratulations, don’t worry people see you for you
Quick question! how does one complete CPD or renew their NMC PIN when working with an agency as a nurse? Thank you!
The same as you would if you were full time employed

Hi Belinda! Educative video.

I will have a whole video soon
Are you to choose the umbrella company for payment or the agency will recommend one
You choose the umbrella company from the list that the agency is linked with
What is the difference btwn umbrella and PAYE. Are the pays different
Yeah the take home pay is different
@@nurse_bellinda ok wanted to know the difference btwn PAYE AND UMBRELLA
Well this confirms I'm not working for NHS any longer.
Lol 😂 please don’t say it was me
Your teeth and smile is stunning
What Umbrella company are you with?
I am with three different umbrellas companies
Say if u was on construction labourer how much would the agency pay you?? Can somebody pls answer
Not too sure This is a nursing agency
Brilliant video 😁😁😁😁
Mam how much do you save per month as a nurse?
It depends on my personal circumstances
What made you choose A&E as your speciality. Just curious!
I love the rush and opportunities
I love working in A&E as well ❤.
Aah I get you
Can you recommend the best online school/ college for access to nursing
Will have a look and get back to you

It’s dangerous to work for umbrella companies .
Yeah it can be because some don’t file your taxes
Hi, when you were doing placement as a student nurse, were you allowed to wear classic eyelash extensions?
Yeah
OMG how I don’t understand wow
Lol 😂
Hii can you please guide me that how can i leave my job tier 2 and join agency for permanent option and also can u tell me whether they provide certificate of sponsorship for overseas nurses.
No they provide sponsorship for overseas nurses. To join agency full time you need your ILR or citizenship
